This Urban Platter Oats Fibre Powder, with 82% Fibre content, makes it suitable for people on prolonged Keto diet. When on Keto diet, one of the primary deficiencies is known to be fibre deficiency.▪️🧘🏼‍♀️ Ketosis was established for more than 12+ years, and clear signs of Fibre deficiency started showing up a few years back.▪️🥣 We are mixing ½ scoop in curd base, along with other sources for good gut health, e.g., finely chopped cranberries, finely chopped orange piece, almond flour, sesame seeds, FenuFlakes (from Amazon), prebiotic suppliment and 2-3 spoons of aloevera juice - once a day.▪️🥄 Why ½ scoop and not 1? Because this Fibre Powder is 92% Carbohydrates, and carbs are avoided in Keto diet as much as possible. Also, on the product label, on one side it reads [may contain gluten], but on the side vertical-text it reads [great .. for gluten-free baked gods].▪️🫙 I am reusing my first empty jar instead of recycling it immediately, for keeping Cranberries.▪️💳 Comparing to the price of whole oats, this tiny 200g jar seems a bit pricy to me, hence 4-stars.

I've been having it in my drinks but the powder smells weird and i didn't like the texture of it. poor print of the packaging on the box. when urban platter can afford that much of variety i'm sure it can improve the packaging quality on the box

Is it already roasted/cooked ? why doesn't it taste like oats AT ALL?

It may contain fiber as claimed but not like oat. Oat does contain soluble and insoluble fibre. This one has zero soluble fibre. Probably made from very hard oat bran which you can feel while drinking, even after soaking it for an hour. Taste doesn't matter to me but this harsh feel in throat is intolerable for me. I think they should grind it more fine.

BIT COSTLIER , YOU CAN GO WITH REGULAR OATS INSTEAD OF IT.

A very good fiber powder. After using 1 box, I ordered it second time also. Cures acidity & bloating problems by daily consumption. It can be easily added to juice or to idli batters & atta of roti. Earlier it was available in Amazon with Pay On Delivery or POD. Now it's denying this facility.
