My situation is flipped than most of the reviews left for this product. I got used to my husbands snoring but he hasn't gotten used to mine since I began snoring a couple of years ago. I tried the nose strips...forget it. They are expensive, not reusable and end up stuck to a pillow. I was skeptical about the mouthpiece but after reading the reviews and seeing the cost, I thought, for the cost of a few lattes, I may be able to fix my snoring issue. AND IT WORKED! According to my husband, I haven't snored since right before Xmas when it arrived. Merry Xmas! I get up feeling better in the morning like I actually slept and I don't find him on the couch! (Only warning, when it says not to leave the mouthpiece in hot water longer than 30 seconds, they mean it. This product is well worth the try!

I had used a competitor self-mold product for several years, and for sure the mandibular advancement approach eliminates or greatly reduces snoring (says my wife, who would know better than I). I actually had two of the competitor products, but overdid the advancement on one of the mold sets, which caused discomfort, so I remolded to find the balance between comfort and snore-avoidance.Those competitor products, despite cleaning, got so discolored, that my wife insisted I get something new. As there are now more products to choose from I read the reviews and decided to go with this product, due to good reviews and good price. It was easy to mold and works great!

One tip to new buyers: Make sure you read the instructions to the word before shaping. I mistakenly left my mouthpiece in hot water a bit longer than I was supposed to. You only need to leave it in hot water for 30 SECONDS.

I am so glad that I had the chance to redo the bite! The fact that I could mold it to my teeth was important in my purchase. I was surprised that I had no gum discomfort at all. I think these guys nailed it! Thank you for a great product!!!

Just received it and it looks like a good product. Will update later with my experience.Update:Works somewhat but not enough. Will keep looking for a solution.

This product actually works. I have tried different nose strips and clumsy nose devices that only partially stopped my snoring, but this mouthpiece is the only one that actually stopped my snorning. Follow the instructions closely for molding the mouthpiece and it works.

I wish I could give this zero stars. The edges folded up after putting in boiling water, and I was never able to get it back into shape to put into my mouth, so I have no idea if this thing works. I would not recommend this product.

This product works! I am a snorer and based on reviews I figure I would try this one out. Easy instructions to form it correctly for you and as the other reviewers say - don't leave it in the hot water longer than 30 seconds. Make sure the water is really hot and then follow the instructions to the letter. Used it for the first time last night and my wife woke up glowing that she got a full nights sleep! It might take you a day or two to adjust to having to sleep with a mouth guard but in my experience it wasn't too bad for me. Try this out!
