Very good tour guide with lots of details and tips, great maps and so much information. Perfect for anybody who likes an actual book in their hand while traveling! Love the quirky suggestions for side tours, unusual sightseeing stops, restaurants and all the pubs - very helpful!The expressions used gets you right into the mood for the Scots!

The example itineraries were put together so nicely. I had actually been researching and attempting to plan our week vacation in Scotland by myself before purchasing this book. I was delighted to discover that one of their itineraries was very similar to my own, but offered some fantastic improvements for views and sights we might have otherwise missed. The traffic and local weather/event advisories were a great help too. This book really gives an expert vibe, as I was able to arrive in a city or town and already understand the places to go and things to do. Overall this book was thoughtful, engaging, and most of all- extremely helpful. Thank you for making my trip so much more memorable!

Ottima guida, perfetta per il tipo di turismo giovane ed intelligente. Nonostante ciò mi sono trovato benissimo anche io... molto aggiornata ed è anche molto rassicurante avere una guida stampata in mano per non stare sempre a spippolare sul iPhone... col terrore che la batteria ti molli sul più bello.
