Item not working and they do not have return policy.
I bought this product in February. I tried using it once or twice. It was not working. The product should remove heat but once when I tried it removed cold air.. it was broken. When I pressed the lower part with my fingers it refused to move. I would like if u accept this item back cause it's of no use. Pathetic product. Refuse to even touch it. Horrible is also not the word for it.
