This sink is awesome. We installed it to our quartz countertop. I really like the steel grating that goes on the bottom of the sink. It protects the bottom of the sink and at the same time allowing the water to drain better it seems. The debris does not accumulate on dishes that are at the bottom. We did not use the drain that came with it but connected it directly to a trash disposal. It is the perfect size for our use and is much better than a double sink. The depth is also perfect not too deep and not too shallow. We were looking for an 8 inch sink and this one was the right choice.Update. 6/3/2020. Still love the sink but a few of the rubber bumpers in the grate have been lost. They keep the grate from hitting the sink walls.Update 6/29/2020Contacted Elkay and they sent me replacement bumpers.I notice that when I tilt the grate forward to clean under it, the ends of the grates themselves can touch the sink corners where the wall meets the sink bottom even with the bumpers on. There are scratches on the sink from this but they are not very visible. Really does not bother me but thought to would mention it.I still like the sink and grate. It is a little bit of a hassle to clean under the grate but not a big deal. I like having the grate.I bought a strainer that does not fit through the sink drain hole in the grate so I have to tilt the grate to renove the strainer to clean it. This is when along with cleaning the bottom the scratching can occur.Another improvement would be if the angle of the bottom of the sink was steeper so debris drained better towards the drain.I still give it 5 stars though. Customer service was great as I mentioned.

I installed my sink about a month ago and so far it is great but I found small rust spot for some reason does not go away. Another thing is that small rubber bumpers are keep coming off and I already lost two of them. Sad thing is I don't think I can find it. I sent e-mail about the rust to customer service (i bought this in July 2020 and just finished renovation last month) but have not got any responses.Again sink itself is great and rust spot is very small and not getting any bigger. So I am somewhat happy I guess.

I have a only had the sink for a brief period so I can only report based on this time. The quality is good and sing cleans easily. The design of the sink is really nice.Update! Shink is great! My only gripe is the sink rack has these little rubber bumpers that fall off when you remove the rack to clean sink. I have already lost 2 bumpers and manufacturer doesn’t sell spares. Major design flaw in my opinion

Very nice but packaged poorly. First purchase was returned because it was dented. Second sink came in the same but I didn't have any time left to order a new one so it had to used.

The shorter depth let it work with my existing drain outlet in the wall. With the trend to move to these type sinks, many folks don't realize that older house may have shallower sinks, and thus may have drain outlets in the wall might be higher than the bottom of the sink.

We have not installed it yet, but this 30 1/2" x 18 1/2" x 8" Crosstown sink has an attractive appearance; the finish is truly vibrant.I like the sturdiness of the 16 gauge stainless steel; I can tell the difference from our old 18 gaugesink.We are glad that we selected a 3/4" corner radius sink; to me, it has a modern look and will still be easyto clean the corners.

We installed this as part of a kitchen remodel. This is a deep and wide sink with no center divider, so it can be used to wash large items such as a dog! The grid and strainer drain are included and both are great quality.

Great sink. Easy to install and very quiet. I wanted to replace an existing sink and the hole size in our counter was not common, 15” x 30”. I searched for almost 2 months before I found this Elkay model and it fit perfectly! Our under sink cabinet was also 35” which is smaller than the required size for a 30” sink but it still fit. I used the existing universal clamps from my old sink.I did manage to scratch it pretty quickly but the finish hides any scratches well. You have to really look and know they are there to notice them.
