The duvet arrived vacuum packed in a little bag (see photo 1).Opened and laid out on the bed to warm and plump up (pic 2)The duvet has now been out for 4 days (unused thus far) and looks like pic 3.If you are wanting a duvet with plenty of 'loft' then this probably isn't the one for you. The pockets are only moderately thicker than when I opened the duvet on day 1, which wasn't what I expected from a 13.5 tog duvet. But as the duvet doesn't describe how much fill power it has, that's my fault for purchasing.I will be using this as a summer duvet/spare room duvet as I wanted something a bit more fuller than this over winter.The cover is well made and there is no smell to it.So if you usually buy thinner duvets out of preference then this may be for you. However if you have had 13.5 tog / 90% or 100% goose down duvet before then you may find this too thin.

Seemed very promising. Nice cotton cover, light and warm. However after a few weeks use there are very fine down particles coming out of the duvet prolifically. When taking the duvet cover off, the air fills with clouds of these particles and any clothes one is wearing are covered. A lint brush is needed to remove the debris. I will need to send the duvet back unfortunately.

This review is for the king size 13.5 tog. When we first opened the packaging I was a bit disappointed. The duvet was very flat and and the pockets seemed only part filled like in some of the pictures from other reviews. I was ready to send it back but I didn't. I thought I'd put it on the bed and I've it a try anyway. Well I have to say I'm glad I did. The duvet has puffed up nicely and is really cosy and warm. Exactly what my wife and I wanted. We are both really pleased and would definitely recommend. Just don't be put off by how flat it is when first unpacked.

The duvet arrived promptly. The filling feels like a mix of down and feathers rather than down only. It’s not very light weight and also a bit noisy. You get what you pay for so I am happy enough with the product.

Great value for money. Stays fluffy due to the pocket system all over.Lovely and warm yet light on the body. The reason to pay more for goose down.

Love this duvet! Always go for down rather than feathers as you won't get any feathers poking out.This duvet ticked all the boxes. Warm, snug and very soft. Highly recommend.
