The five star is only for Amazon support.In the box I received key chain and cushion cover was missing so I can't give any stars but the immediate action and the support provided by Amazon customer care was excellent. I am very happy that I order this product from Amazon and had this experience.coming back on the quality for whatever I received is -Mug which I received and the cushion are of good quality.
