I scored the fat cap and then seared it fat side down in a screaming hot skillet to caramelize it and then through it in the over to heat through. Saute up or bake some veggies and you have a super easy, delicious weeknight dinner. I will definitely purchase again. I think its a great value for what you get.

It was good for a weeknight meal. We added some vegetables (carrots, baby potatoes, onions and whole mushrooms) in the pan and it turned out nice. The flavor is very bold so if you do not REALLY like mustard seed, I would not recommend it.

Really liked the mustard seed (not super mustardy, which is perfect for feeding kids) and moist/tender meat!

I am baffled by the positive reviews. All I can taste are the spices, which are neither pleasing nor subtle.

Be sure to let it sit 10 minutes after baking, the juices will stay in the meat, slice super thin . I just had with white rice to wallow in the flavor.
