Dont buy any Eureka Forbes product.
Service is very pathetic, there is communication between call center and sales team. No one bother to respond to your query. They are very intelligent on installation of the product once Amazon return date is over then they will come for installation if it is not suitable for your water then neither Amazon nor Eureka Forbes replace the product. I had a discussion with Amazon call center after that they are highlighting product tds value in their website. Niether Amazon nor eureka Forbes replacing the product, I am totally loss with this product.

This product is value for money. Easy installation within 48 hrs.I observed in reviews, buyers facing prblm in installation. Best value for money and very reliable.
Total value for money product. I got this water purifier for ₹7000. Got it on offer. Got services from the official service team. Sadly no storage facility. But that's ok for the price. If your budget is around 8k then close your eyes and buy it.

its not user friendly product, it takes 5 min ...
its not user friendly product, it takes 5 min to fill one bottle, and usage of product is irritating ...executive z not professional , just he suggested that product as unsaleable stock was left, n for installation i tried to get technical assistant from eureka Forbes but they didn't assist me as i purchased it online, n he suggested me to get technician from amazon or take help of local person. finally it was installed by local technicianso i suggesting you not to take this product.,its not worthy.

Product is good but installation is too poor
This is a very nice product the water tastes good .but the installation services is too poor. I have tried all the number of Eureka Forbes but none worked Amazon customer care helped me lot I am proud to be an Amazon customer

Eureka forbs people reluctant to install
The eureka Forbes company people of Trivandrum are not turning up to install the product.I keep it idling at home after repeated requests.
