METEOR RAIN by YA with excellent English subtitles and picture quality.I bought this series in reverse after seeing it on YouTube. I bought Meteor Rain first, it has three stories that expand on the characters lives that are solely dedicated to them as individuals. I wish all four could have had stories but it is my understanding that the main lead had scheduling conflicts and that is why his story is missing. Yes, I did some research for you. These stories add more to how we feel about each character. I won't go into the storylines as the description sums it up well. But I was really most interested in the storyline of Vanness Wu and the pickpocket. He is my favorite off all the actors and is the main reason I bought this. This version add on is a bonus for those who loved the show and to see more of the actors we love. The actors did have a long running music group called F4 that was try popular. The Koreans objected to the groups name according to the Internet and it may have lead to the group disbanding. For those that love the music of the band F4 it is available on iTunes.I buy my dramas from these dependable sellers with excellent customer service. I watched this original version last. First watched the 2018 Chinese Meteor Garden, next I watched Korean version, Boys Over Flowers, I procrastinated watching this version from Taiwan because it was only available on YouTube's lower quality recording. This version is, in my opinion, the best of all. First, Jerry Yan & Vanness Wu were gorgeous. All of the actors in this original version were my favorites, except the character of Huaze Lei. It was difficult to choose which actor portrayed him best. Great coming of age series.
