Good and Value for money nobody scold you..
I am using this for a month. It is a good product. It will keep same temperature for 1.5hr after that temperature gradually reduce. Usually we cook rice at night and eat and rest of the rice will keep it in this vessel.No need to pour water.you can eat it in the morning.

See it your self, the detains in the pics
First view on product Quality of rippits use to stick the handle are poor quality,Shine is nice but locks seams to be very average. U can compare it with any brand making these type of product.On keeping things hot/cool I have to check.

Waste of money
This is not a hotbox, just a steel container. Morning around 9 am I kept the food inside this box and by after noon food become very cold and got damaged. Its better to keep the food in a normal vessel and cover it rather than keeping in this so called 'hotbox'. I don't want to give even 1 star
