Battery is fantastic, but tools were mostly useless
So, replacing the Nexus 6P battery is not for the faint of heart, or the impatient. But it can be done. I do a lot of detailed work, so felt I was up to the task.I found a video on YouTube that took me through the process step by step. I highly recommend anyone attempting this do the same, and watch it through one time BEFORE starting. Definitely use heat (I used a hairdryer) to loosen the upper and lower panels. Ease up on the heat, so you don't melt or burn something.Use some kind of container to hold the tiny screws and other parts, and a clean area to avoid getting dust or other materials on the sticky parts, or inside the device. Take your time, and keep track of the order items were removed. The riskiest part is removing the old battery. You have to cut through the sticky tape holding the battery in place. To do so requires inserting something under the battery. But there is a delicate cable running under the battery that is easy to cut accidentally.Reassembly was MUCH easier than taking it apart. Again, just take your time. The included tools were only moderately helpful. I ended up using my own small philips screwdriver - the included one stripped. The other 2 "screwdriver" like tools were not needed. I used my own actual guitar picks ,heavy ones, to pry the case open. The pick-like tools they included were too thick and stubby, and the blue pry tools were too soft. I didn't even break the glass part they include in this kit, so now have that as a backup. So, to sum up: The battery seems to work great. I went from having a phone that died at 20% in under 10 hours, to having one that is still at 85% at the end of the day. I'm honestly amazed. It's only day 3, but so far so good.

Perfect replacement, other than a slightly too short cable
Probably the best battery replacement choice for the Nexus 6P, as there is a temperature sensor in the battery, so it is safe, and will likely last a long time. Accubattery is reporting it slightly above 3450 mAh (original battery), and is reporting accurate temperatures. My only problem is that the cable on the battery is too short. I can't show a picture, but the ribbon cable had to be stretched a bit in order to reach, and left it kinda messy, but hopefully shouldn't cause problems. The tools are kind of pointless as you really just need a couple razor blades and a heat gun, but the pick in the kit helped, and the screwdriver I used as I didn't feel like looking for one. Playing cards are very useful for taking out the battery itself.

BUY THIS BATTERY FOR YOUR REPLACEMENT!
Grade A OEM Spec battery. It has the temp sensor as well. Like all batteries I buy After installment I don't even turn the phone on. I plug it in and let it charge for 4-6 hours even after its at 100% just to make sure the battery is "calibrated". The battery has been sitting for a while make sure you give it a long first charge for efficiency. I have achieved a little under 6 hours of screen-on usage with this battery, I was playing games during those 6 hours as well!

Works well
It was nice to have a replacement glass price just in case and my phone's over heating problem is solved. Thank God because the pixel 3 is too ugly to upgrade too.

Good replacement battery - brought phone back to life.
Seems like a good battery two days in. Charges rapidly and holds charge well. Lets see how it performs over time. The installation is a bit of a challenge due to the phone being mostly glued together.

No Lens
I bought the version with the lens, but received just the battery + toolkit. Luckily, I got the job done without breaking my original lens, but that was what made choosing this vendor the no-brainer.
