The media could not be loaded.  DONT BUY! WASTE OF MONEYI am a Online shopper for almost 7 years and I have NEVER given a rating below 3. This is the first time.When I was buying this stove, I was very relaxed as I knew Glen was a good brand. But, when it came: 3 of the 4 stoves were damaged! The biggest one's (which is the most used) video is given: it puffs out its gas all around causing a wastage of Gas and some gas goes unburnt. This unburnt gas gives out a very bad smell. The stove doesn't give a lot of flame as well. The second stove's stand doesn't fit in, the third's ring doesn't fit.I know, you must be thinking: "You should have returned it, or called the Customer Care! Dumbo..." Well, that's what I thought I should do. But, i found out about a defects after some use. Actually, my maid does all the cooking and I opened the box after 10 days because I was busy. She didn't tell me. But, one time when I tried to cook one day, I saw the defects. When I asked my maid from when it was happening: she said that it was there from the start. I didn't feel good returning a used product to Amazon. So, I called the Customer care. [Keep in mind that Glen has a warranty] The customer care provider and the service centre guy were very rude and said that since I live in a rural area, I would have to give money to the service centre! So much for a warranty! So, now I am switching back to my old stove and I will NEVER recommend this product.

Good product. Stylish and easy to clean. With enough space to install it made kitchen awesome.
