Simple Bags Japanese Style: Twenty Designs to Sew

I enjoyed this book a lot.

I love the slim book with beautiful photos and seemingly simple instruction but haven't made any bags yet. The styles looked elegant and most of them seemed doable for a novice sewer like me.

The book may be a good book for beginners. The handbags are very easy to understand and a lot of square and rectangle shapes which are easier.

Simple patterns. Beautiful results

This is a fun book. It is easy to add your touch to each design to make it yours. The patterns are easy and fast.

I have not tried it out yet. I am not sure whether I can figure it out how to make it by just looking at the pattern since the directions are not clear!

The bag designs are pleasing - watch out for errors in the cutting list and diagrams. Puzzle-solving skills an asset! Not recommended for a beginner to sewing.

Full of simple and quick to make projects with the wow factor. I had to read the instructions several times and I think they might be quite difficult for someone new to sewing. However well worth studying them carefully as the designs are both modern and classic. Two of my friends already have this book on their to buy lists. Nearly all the projects will work with narrow width kimono fabric if wished. A really good book

Un libro un poco decepcionante. Los bolsos son simples, y los acabados de los bolsos de las fotos son bastante malos. En comparación con otros libros de costura japonesa que son impecables, este es flojo.
