Received my Laundry Pure unit and discover I would have to move my stacked washer and dryer unit so I could install on the wall behind the drier, installed very easily. Ran through one load and had an error 3/4 way through the wash cycle. What? Really?! Error was internal leak. I thought, Oh no! I read reviews of how bad customer service was and dreaded the thought of what hoops of fire I would have to leap through to get a brand new unit repaired. Would they have a plumber come to repair it? Would I have to uninstall the unit, box it up, and return it to them and incur the expense of shipping? Because I am pretty handy I decided to investigate myself. I removed the outer front cover. Thought maybe a fitting had come loose in shipping and could be an easy fix of just tightening something. No such luck. Reset unit after drying the small puddle in the unit. I watched while small droplets of water appeared on a portion of piping where there seemed to be no fitting seam, yet there it was, a small leak. Drip, drip, drip, and within minutes the unit shut off again on the internal leak error. At least that portion was working. Stubborn, I decided to repair it myself, maybe not the wisest choice. I took the hoses off and drained the unit and let it dry for a few days. I purchased CPVC cleaner and glue from a local hardware store and took a vacuum cleaner and connected it to the inlet side while I cleaned and glued the leaking area of CPVC, then let it sit overnight to completely set up and dry. I figured the slight vacuum would pull the cleaner and glue into the hole in the CPVC that couldn't be seen, and I was correct. A month later and no reoccurrence of the leak. I think poor workmanship and QC inspection was the culprit. Still, it is a nice unit and functions terrific. I was a bit leary of the claims but was pleasantly surprised to find spring fresh smell to all my clothes and I will save well over $900 in detergent, bleach, softener, ect. I want to stress that this unit does a great job of cleaning laundry with only cold water. Totally blew me away that it met the high expectations I had for the product.Though I did have problems with a leak on a brand new in the box unit, I would still recommend it. The unit is such a great product and does as promised. I really like it.

I bought mine on a auction, but it is amazing. I love not having to use laundry soap. It is such a cost saver! I had to replace the silver probe when I first got it. I do not know how long it lasted before that because I did not buy it new. The light is still going strong. It was so easy to hook up even without instructions using basic common sense!! I recommend this to everyone I know!!

Better for the environment, reduces cost, makes doing laundry easier, and makes clothes last longer. Using this product, I have eliminated detergent, eliminated fabric softener, and am using cold water only in the washer. Not only that, but I no longer need to pre-sort the clothes before washing. I bought the pure wash system several months ago, used it several times then the alarm started sounding. The code for the alarm said there was a water leak. There was not leak. The only way we could get the alarm off was to unplug the electricity. Tried to use it again and the alarm started again. We disconnected it and is still disconnected. Don't waste your money.

It works great. Truly amazing. We use cold water, no soap - and our clothes comes out cleaner and softer than when we were using hot water and detergent. Just fabulous.It was easy to install - did it myself in just a few minutes - and has been working for months now.Lou (Natural Air Man) got the product to us quickly. When we contacted him again so we could stock up on replacement parts, he was responsive - and again very promptly got our order out.We'll definitely shop with him again.

I purchased a Vollara Laundrypure in March of 2012 and have had nothing but problems with it since. I first noticed that the machine started to bleach my families clothes about 3 months in. I did not use any laundry detergent, no bleach, no stain remover. So how in the world could this machine bleach the clothes. Well, after losing quite a few clothes I contacted Vollara. They sent a box for my machine to be fixed. Upon the return of the Laundrypure, I noticed that Vollara sent the machine with no indication of what was wrong with it. I called Vollara and asked, in which I was told they had to replace the entire inside of the machine. Now that meant after paying $899 for this machine and it being 3 months old, I had a refurbished unit. Another 6 months goes by and the machine this time has a beeping go off in the middle of the night. The beep indicated there was water in the machine. We could not get it to stop after following all of Vollara's directions. We sent it in for a second fix. Once again Vollara returned the machine with no indication of what went wrong. They had to replace several of the pieces again. Now it is time for my unit to be sent in for a 3rd time after another 6 months as the unit is once again bleaching my families clothes. This machine has been nothing but a waste of money and a headache. I feel as if I've been taken to the bank.If I could give the Vollara Laundrypure zero stars I would, but unfortunately you have to give it at least one star. If you are serious about purchasing a Laundrypure machine think twice as Vollara will only send your unit back with refurbished parts.
