Breville .BES820XL/205 Two Cup Dual Wall Filter, 50mm

I hate it when some silly little part stops working and you want to throw away the whole thing and buy a new one. This little part kept me from doing just that. The espresso maker works like new.After so many years with no problems (on the old one) I think that I just started using too fine a grind for this system and tiny particles accumulated between the first and second screens of the filter basket - causing it to plug up. It was gradual and I could tell it was struggling to pass coffee. If I had ordered sooner, I wouldn't have had any downtime. Maybe if I have some time, I'll try to unplug the old one with a pin or something.

They went straight to garbage can, they did not fit my Breville coffee brewer. Even thaw they said it will.

Highly recommended, the coffee quality is greatly improved over the single wall filter.

It works fine, I just didn't like having to replace it though in the first place. One of those things that have to be if I want good coffee. Very expensive though for such a little piece.

A tight fit for my little Breville espresso machine (ESP65XL), but works flawlessly.

I've been pretty happy with this product. It's not just a piece, it's a specialty appliance part! Its durable construction is quite impressive. However, if they could work on making it compatible with more models, that would be the cherry on the cake. But for now, it's my little gadget that brews big happiness!

As usually replacement parts are too expensive. It works, cost $25. Worth $5 at best.

It was the one recommended to replace the stock cappuccino cup thing but didn’t fit

I'm really happy with this. it fits perfectly. The coffee is the same as with the original filter. This filter has the proper bottom with a single hole, not like others that seem more like a sieve. it's a bit pricey, but there weren't others like it on Amazon so I guess it was worth the money, because otherwise I'd be having only single shouts and I like double shots of espresso. The coffee is hot coming through this, just like the original filter. It comes through at the proper speed.

Despite the description of the goods and that it was suitable for our particular model of Breville machine, the filter did not fit the basket. The filter was not of very good quality.

A good replacement product. The filter tends to block. Boil it in hot water for 15 minutes and then run some vinager through it to unblock.

Fitted perfectly, and worked as it should. Maybe a bit expensive, but hopefully will not need to be replaced very often.
