My fungal infection was already largely resolved by the time that I started using this product but my nails were a bit dry and brittle as well as having some residual infection. I have been using this for two weeks now and it seems easy and pleasant to use. I have not noticed an small as some other users seem to have done. The pot is quite small and there is a bit if an air bubble inside when it arrives but it does not seem unreasonable to me. Maybe not all jars are the same. On unscrewing the top there is a plastic cap which needs to be eased off to access the ointment.Like other users I cannot really use this in the middle of the day at work so I have been doing morning and evening treatments most days. I just get a tiny amount on the cotton bud and spread it over the whole of the affected nail.If I learn anything more as I continue to use this material I will add to these notes.

Having read the reviews, I purchased this as had tried so many other creams / pens that didn't work. Reviews for them seemed bogus and these seemed genuine. I did exactly as they say (apply several times a day etc) and actually it has worked and my once yellowed infected nail is now clear. BUT.... it takes a long time. Around 6 months, and a whole pot later... the affected nail and fungus is finally growing out. So if you're willing to put in the time, this will definitely work

After two weeks little improvement. Really not very effective.

I bought this cream for the first time for my husband's nails, he applied it everyday and I could gradually see the difference by the day. I'm definitely going to buy this product again.

I can’t remember how long my big toes have had fungus, certainly more than 12 years, I have bought all sorts of stuff, you name it I’ve tried it. After 3 weeks of using this I can actually see a difference. My Big toe nails were that hard I couldn’t even trim them with powerful clippers. I’ve had to throw out countless socks with holes in over the big toe area. Last night I noticed the toe nails were soft and I have managed to trim back a lot of the dead infect nail. I’m not cured, but I AM impressed so far so good.
