love the closed hook and don't have to worry about loosing straps when load loosens up. heavy duty ratchet. short straps work great for my UTV. Not a lot of extra strap to deal with. Very satisfied and would recommend them. I have been looking for this very tie down for a while. I had to weld "D" rings to trailer to hook to, got at Harbor Freight. No more cut, lost, or snapped straps.

These straps work great for tying stuff down. No worries of the strap coming loose and falling off what it is tying down.

The problem is that as you tighten the straps, it will not allow you to tighten anything shorter that 4 feet. The strap prevents the ratchet from tightening. The hooks are substantial and well designed. The ratchet sometimes hangs up in both tightening and during release. Would like to see the company's reply to these problems.

bought this to mount a UTV tire and it was even too small for UTV tire. Had to return it.

Work great for tying down Mini Coopers, have hauled 5 so far never moved, very quick and easy to secure, must have for anyone hauling cars.

One of my originals had a nick in it so for safety I replaced it with this. Although the ratings are the same my original's webbing is a bit thicker (heavier duty). It will do.
