Very extreme indeed.
This is a great DVD for those who wants to take their flexibility to the next level. The techniques Stacey teaches you is amazing and challenging, making even the already flexible break a sweat. I use this video in supplement with Stacey's first DVD "Secrets of Split and Flexibility", which is great as well, to regain my flexibility as a dancer. Stacey's definitely a great coach that will teach you some out of this world stretches, some that you'll never even knew existed. Her DVDs are pure stretching, unlike those yoga dvds that are nothing but frills. In this new DVD, she shows that a big bulky guy can be and become flexible. She also has a rhythmic gymnast show you some CRAZY stretching techniques and if you don't know anything about rhythmic gymnastics, it is an Olympic sport that requires an immense amount of flexibility(check it out on Youtube). I use this DVD a few times a week and her original DVD everyday before I work out. My muscles look leaner, my range of movement has increased immensely, my leaps and kicks are higher than ever, and for my back pain has gone away too. I can finally do a move that I always have trouble with, the "Firebird Leap" a move where you leap, turn your body and pretty much touch the back of your head with you toes, I don't think I'd be able to do it without Stacey's DVDs.

This will take you to the moon and beyond
What can I say "WOW" If you are looking for a DVD that will not only help you get to your goal for ultimate flexibility and beyond you will be very happy with this one . I lift heavy weight all day long at my job . I still had a dream for stretching and really getting mu kicks up height with power I'm not there yet but I can now do a side split with the feet down on 2 chairs and I can hold it for over 2 mins . If I can do that I can get my front splits and I know I will with this DVD . Stacy is not only a great teacher but she opens up your mind by showing you others that reached there goals and if they can do it you can also. I was amazed to see how flexible Jeff Henry he is a very muscular guy and if he can get that flexible so can I . When he puts his leg up over his head and touched the floor with his foot that really opened my eyes if he can do it so can I with Stacey help .Bottom line if you want to reach beyond your potential you need to check out this DVD it will really help .

stretch dvd
This seems to be a great DVD and helped my daughter with the very first workout. I'm curious to see if it has a long term result. I wish she broke it down to one half hour workout and a hour workout. There needs to be a little more time holding the stretches so it is more of a real time stretch video. Otherwise, I think it has some really great stretches in it that aren't in your ordinary stretch videos. Hope she keeps coming up with more videos.

I wouldn't purchase again
Overall my feelings about this purchase? . . . Meh! It's okay. Super cheesy and low-budget but I like it. There's a lot of dead time and it's not necessarily structured like a workout video in terms of doing it real time. I wouldn't purchase it again. I would just look up you tube videos for free and then do my own workout. Oh well. She is VERY flexible.

Meh
I did not find this DVD to have anything particularly helpful or new. As the title suggests, this isn't geared toward someone who is not fairly flexible already. I did not find that it offered a satisfactory program for developing flexibility, but rather, it showed some ways to stretch.

Not What I was Expecting
I am a ballet dancer and when I purchased the DVD, I was hoping to get more in depth stretches or something I've never done before. Some of the stretches require a partner (which I don't always have at home during the day) and some of them require coaching, which she does not give. Not worth what I paid for it.
