Solano2-in-1 Dryer Attachment

I recently replaced my long loved Super Solano with a lighter, faster  Sedu Revolution Pro 3600i Lightweight Ionic Styling Hair Dryer . I was looking online for a comb attachment for the new dryer for some time but rarely do these attachments give measurements to guide proper fitting. Because there's no way to check the fit ahead of time I took a chance ordering this model and boy did it pay off. This is a really well designed two in one comb + concentrator by one of the top brands in hair dryers.The manner in which this attaches to the nozzle is unique; you seat it firmly on the nozzle and then twist the collar to lock it, creating a tight custom fit.The comb portion has well spaced teeth that taper *properly* as not to pull or snag the hair; cheaper comb attachments I've tried can taper sharply and feel like they are ripping their way through my hair. My hair is curly but fine textured and somewhat fragile so this kind of thing actually makes a big difference.The tines are sturdy, not brittle - doesn't scratch the scalp; should hold up well over time.Bottom line: this attachment helps create a really smooth straight blowout and takes great care of your hair while doing so.

The hair dryers at my fitness club don’t have concentratora so I needed to bring my own. The mechanism for securing this works remarkably well. However I don’t like the brush attachment so I take it off. When you do, there are small vents on the side of the concentrator that are exposed and some air blows out of the holes. Thinking of taping them with electrical tape. They should fix this. I suspect most use it without the brush. Or they should just lose the brush.

Bought a Super Salano back in 2011 and was using a universal comb it was cheap and the teeth on the comb kept breaking off one by one and I kept saying I needed to find one that fit the Super Solano especially since they are hard to find in stores. So once I had broken the last tooth on my comb I saw this one on amazon. And I love it. It's nice and sturdy and fits perfectly. I could have made my life a little easier a long time ago but oh well now I know. Totally recommend as well as the Super Solano blow dryer my old hair dresser recommended one.

I am African American with natural hair. I recently purchased the Rusk Speed Freak blow dryer and it's awesome but I am terrible at using a brush with the concentration nozzle. I have always used a comb attachment that this dryer did not come with. So after some research I have found the Solano 2 n 1 and it's great. It's a concentration nozzle and comb attachment in 1. My hair dries fast and gets straight without all the pulling of a hair brush. I know some people felt it was expensive and I guess it can be cheaper but it's definitely worth it to me.

The base is starting to wear after 4 months of attached to my CHI dryer- use on high/ warm- the shorter slightly curved teeth are gentle and very sturdy. Lost my original attachment so this was a retro-fit.

I have a Solano blow dryer and I would not have any other kind. I was looking around for another attachment that did not come with my dryer and I got this. It fits on my Solano dryer and I'm glad I decided to get it. It makes the hair sleek and helps with drying time. If you like straight, smooth blow outs this really is good for that. I use it all the time.

The teeth on the comb are a little far apart to get the hair really straight. If your hair is thick and at minimum wavy it will keep your hair wavy. If your hair has some curl or spiral to it, it will break down the curl to a wave. I wish the teeth on the comb were closer together then I think it would really work well at straightening the hair to get it a blow out look.

PURCHASED THE PLASTIC ONE SOLD IN THE STORE MY DRYER BURNED THE PLASTIC ONE FIRST USAGE..FOUND THIS PRODUCT ON AMAZON AND OMG THIS PRODUCT IS STURDY AND WELL WORTH THE EXTRA MONEY. IT IS NOT PLASTIC. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE. UNIVERSAL FIT. FIT MY NEW BLOW DRYER PERFECTLY AND SNUG FIT.

After ordering on Amazon.ca and a very long wait for product and eventually getting a broken one that was refunded as they had no more in stock. I was very happy with the attachments which I got directly through Solano after explaining my many problems trying to get this set for the Solano dryer I had purchased as well. Much better quality than other attachments or Universal comb attachments available and was worth all the trouble. Highly recommend if you have a Solano dryer model this will work with. I've always been very happy with my Solano products.
