Excellent product
This is a great presenter and laser pointer. Just got it and am very pleased. It works perfectly。As others have said, it does take a moment to get used to the idea of the down arrow being the key to move forward in the presentation but that is not a difficult problem.

When it works, it works
I had this problem from the beginning: when it's on, it works. If you set it down for a few mins, and comes back, the intensity of the beam is very faint. After it is shaken, or the batteries are removed and put back in, the unit works as normal. I suspect the battery spring is at fault.
