You take this a spoonful just before sleep and after 2 hours from dinner. Optionally can take with honey. I am using this for 4+ months now and loving it. It is good for hair and skin. I started noticing even white pimple disappear and skin got smooth. Also aids in weight loss. This one is also amala powder without any chemicals so recommended.I tried this and then amalaki powder and found this one is more effective. Amala has immense health benefits and no risk whatsoever. It also gives you fiber and vitamin C that aids in immune system improvement and keeping stomach healthy. Go for it!!! Both thumbs up for this product!!
