I have been using this scrapper for a few weeks now and it has been great. Cleans my grill grates just as well as my bristleless brushes and there's no metal on it at all. I know there is a big push of bristleless over a bristle brush but skip that and go straight to the wooden scraper. I have bristleless brushes and they are starting to unravel in some areas. Be sure on the first use to get your grill hot so it molds to the grates. Once that's done this is a solid scraper, nice and beefy so you can really put some force into it without worrying. It will scrape off the toughest fats that are stuck to your grates. The only minor thing is every once in a while the "teeth" need to be cleaned out as the scrappings were building up. I just soaked it in some water and soap and I used a plastic food scraper and it came right off and it was good as new. Great scrapper and definitely worth it!

I got this item only a couple of days ago and have had time only to start to "burn it in", so to speak. The wood seems hard and capable of standing up to long use. Time will tell. The burning in will take a while as well. It is important to make sure the burn marks remain consistent each time you use it. I like the fact that it cleans without leaving metal shavings for the food to catch. And it can be used on a hot grill without worries that something plastic will melt onto the grill.My only caveat is that they are quite aggressive in getting reviews. This promotes reviews better than they might be, both due to time constraints and the fact that you are aware they are reading it. This borders on dishonesty. While it does not detract from the item itself, it means that reviews are much less likely to be reliable.

Sturdy Handle, great scraping - unfortunately my grill spacing does not line up super well with the prefabricated curvature of the wooden teeth but it still handles decently, will see how it goes after a few more grill sessions
