Dry, no directions. Totally unusable and now unable to create costume for Halloween.Thanks for nothing.Update: after googling and needing the assistance of my art major husband, it appears you need to wet the brush first then mix with paint. I suggest for future reference the company writes that sentence of directions down for noobs like myself.

Only downfall. Item is way too small. You can't really use a thick sponge.

One of the best product for face painting
I LOVE the quality of the colors, the result it is on the skin and definitely you can tell it's not a cheap product. Good if you care of quality make up and if you are already know what to do with face painting.

Received on time and sealed. Only the dark blue ...
Received on time and sealed. Only the dark blue stripe and white would load onto brush. Middle colors very tacky to touch. Tried various ways to moisten/loosen colors but none worked.
