Dome Knob - RED Abalone ON Chrome, KCD-0011

The original Danelectro knobs are seemingly designed to be slippery as hell... not good when you need to pull the tone knob out to split the coils on the humbucking lipstick pickup. On the original knobs, the knurling pattern reduces friction making it near impossible to pull it outward. These knobs solve that problem by using a cross-hatch pattern of knurling to provide grip in the vertical and horizontal direction.The pearloid tops are almost a match with the pick guard on my guitar, if they were slightly less yellow. The color is red, but they seem a tiny bit orange-shifted compared to my guitar. They function well enough that I've decided I won't worry about the slight color mismatch. I don't think anyone else would notice anyway.

I have different types of fenders some of which have .240 dia shaft and some have the .250 dia. These have a removable sleeve on the ID which allows them to be used properly on both US and imported Tele’s. Also they look great. Next time I’m upgrading one of my Teles I will look for this brand again.Also very fast and good transaction with seller.

A little pricey compared to others but the only red version I could find and the two I bought look great on my guitar!
