Seems to be just what we wanted. Have only used it once. Didn't ship till almost 10 days after I ordered it. Took almost 3 weeks to arrive.......and there's a fulfillment center 30 minutes away....

Item is much too bulky for travel. After a month of use, it began to dispense only half a cup of coffee although a full cup of water had been poured into the reservoir. I have replaced it.

The only thing that kept me from giving this product five stars is that it leaks a little out the bottom when you pour the water in. It seems a little slow to warm up, but it gets the coffee nice and hot. Simple to work. Adequate for my office.

I bought this coffee maker about 1 year ago as a replacement when my loyal Keurig I had for 5 years stopped working. It worked great initially, heated up quickly, was relatively quiet and I was happy.Now, for the past few months, it refuses to take in water anymore. I don’t really understand why this function stopped working, because I clean it probably every week or two by running water and vinegar through without any coffee, and I use it every day. I have to shake the machine or tap on the mesh screen to get the water to go down and I am very disappointed about this, I barely had it for a year! It should last longer than that 😭.Anyway, if you’re looking for a long-term coffee maker, just buy a keurig, it’ll cost you more to replace these every year than just to splurge on a solid machine.

We use the coffee maker in our motorhome and it's great. Very stable with great flavor and efficient. I use a 16 oz mug and it doesn't fit so I need to make in a different cup then transfer. Not that it is bad but it does seem to take longer than normal for the coffee to brew.

I like the smaller convenient size. It allows for one standard cup of coffee or hot cocoa. Very easy to use and clean. Not expensive like other ones out there.

I bought this for my husband because he likes a cup of coffee and I am a tea drinker. It’s easy to use takes just a few minutes to make a cup of coffee that he seems to like
