Noticeable progress. Recommend!
These bands work GREAT for my glute workouts. They’re inexpensive and well made.I unintentionally lost weight a couple months ago and noticed how badly my pants sagged in the butt afterwards. I started doing a little 15 minute glute workout with these bands each day, and now my pants fit great and I can see the progress in only a month or so. When I used to do my in-home workouts without them, I’d always get frustrated and quit because it didn’t seem to make a difference. I highly recommend resistance bands to help improve results if you are a beginner to glute workouts and don’t have the time for an hour at gym every day like me. Worth it!

Easy and works you out!
I love these! I was looking for something to switch up my pilates routine and i just finished a 30 minute workout with these and I'm beat! I love that they have different resistance levels so you can challenge yourself in different areas and the guide that came with the bands was easy and had good starter moves. You can find lots of routines online if you want to switch things up to. Love that these can be used at home or the gym too. Great purchase and value for the price!

Thin as rubber bands
Worst product ever but I guess you get what you pay for 🤷🏽‍♀️ They’re so thin and feel like those brown office rubber bands when you put them on. I wouldn’t recommend these at all

Cheap, but it works
These are a bit on the thin side, but after using them for a weeks worth of workouts, they haven't frayed or gotten any tears yet. These DID smell of rubber, but I just left them out of their plastic bags they come in for a night and the smell went away.If you aren't sure about using resistance bands for working out and want to give them a try, I think these are worth it for the price of giving them a shot.

It works!!
I only use the red and black resistance bands together for my butt exercises and I've been able to grow muscle in areas my past workouts couldn't do!! I drink whey protein to make sure I'm not burning muscle since the resistance bands make the workouts more intense and you feel the pain(which means it's working) a lot faster.

Filmsy and for women.
Don't really know why women like these. Using weights or cable machines is so much more beneficial if you access to them. I got these for my mom so I guess doing "something" is better than nothing. They are kind of thin and flimsy though.

Wouldn’t buy again nor recommend
Bands are very thin and have a very strong and unpleasant smell. (Chemical like) I only used the black band out of the whole set.
