I bought 3 of them. Only one worked.

You can only place your phone on it in a very specific way. It's very limiting.

Easy to use and set up. But if you don’t lay your phones just right they will not charge.

Not charging phone. I put the phone on charger and it shows it is charging I leave it and it stops.

UpdateEven though the manual says you can use QC 2.0 chargers it does not quick charge with that. When I plugged in a QC 3.0 charger, it fast charges wireless.This is a great charging pad as I can fast charge 2 devices at the same time.The item does not do wireless fast charge. It charges at normal wireless speeds. I have an official Samsung fast charger, and when comparing the eta until fully charged, there is a 35 minute difference. I have used multiple certified QC 2.0 chargers both with the same results. Avoid this item at all costs

For those, the product looks the same as of the images available here.Just received the product and put it to test. Doesn't look like it is functioning as described. The page describes by saying, QC 2.0 charger can be used to achieve the fast wireless charging - for which i have used the samsung QC2.0 charger that i have received with my S9+, it doesn't fast charge.And then i have started to use the HTC QC charger, with better results - i believe that is QC3.0, unable to locate the information at this point though.Overall, i wouldn't recommend the product if you are going by the description. But, if you are those that are looking for wireless chargers and are not really worried about how fast they charge, go ahead.

have hard time placing in right place..got frustrated and stopped using it.

It works but charges slow as hell. Left phone on charger for 4 hours on about 40% and it’s only at 81%. Don’t buy expecting it to charge two phones fast.
