Artki RLC-079 Replacement Bulb with Housing for Viewsonic PJD7820HD PJD7822HDL

I originally gave this bulb a bad review, but the problem I had when using it was from the projector itself (it does the same thing with another new bulb). Updating review to 4 stars because this bulb did work correctly and the rainbow effect wasn't due to the bulb itself.

Replaced the bulb in our projector. Great bulb and great price. We are back to watching TV with a clear, bright picture.

Customer service was excellent! Would give 5 stars but received a defective bulb at first. The company was quick to respond, getting me a new and working bulb within the week free of charge! The bulb is bright and seems to be working perfectly at this moment. Again, awesome customer service!

Works perfectly, not difficult to install

the bulb is easy to install, work while for 8 months, but suddenly stopped working.not recommended. advice buying from another seller.

I got this just over a month ago. Didn't get around to replacing it on my Viewsonic PJD7820HD till 2 days ago, as I had been waiting for my basement to be renovated before going ahead with installation of my setup.I removed the old bulb, cleaned out the projector with some compressed air and put in the new bulb. I closed it up and turned it on. At first it tried to turn it on but instead I got the red LED lamp indicator. I tried turning it off and on again over the course of an hour and concluded that something must be wrong with the projector, so I took the projector in to a local repair shop, paid $45 for troubleshooting and left anxiously awaiting their call. They just called me and told me it's the this new bulb, they indicated it turned on for less than 10secs and turned off.I'm out $117 for the bulb and $45 at the repair shop, the return window has closed for this item it seems, so I am left to buy another bulb, but I guess i will look else where. My advice, pay extra for an OEM Bulb if your original bulb goes out.

Works just as well as the original bulb we had! Much cheaper though!
