Almost 10yrs old and Still a great game!
I only came into the Forza U'verse in 2014 in Horizon, the drive took a dive as I started FM3 :-). Currently leveling up for the Horizon 3 release, and I wanted to have most of the series. I have to admit, somewhere in my head I thought this game would be like a 1980's arcade game. The replacement 360 arrived and I put in the game, What a surprise, having played MS 5/6 with their overly museum artsy look and feel. The graphics are still top notch, and the core Forza experience is still evident. I like the funky edge the soundtrack has, I like the genre's of music so that was a plus.. but you can turn it off.... The user interface in the upgrade and paint shops is starkly different than the franchise from FM3 - on. I would surmise with the abundance of Fantasy tracks, that MS had not secured the deals to include others that are now common place, but those tracks are just as challenging as any real track. The real tracks that are included are true to the Forza "as it is" portrayal so having played the rest I was fascinated by the differences almost 10 years shows.. The Cars.... are just as awesome as they are now, though the cockpit view is simply begins at the windshield with a cool large speedo/gauges HUD at the middle bottom [Why'd they ditch that!] I have to say, I don't get the Turn 10/MS mentality on game and console life spans, because many, like me still fire up the old consoles to play games and I'd keep A++ games like this at the forefront of the franchise offerings. Instead, they cut the "community" aspects of the games off and put them on a back shelf [seriously, what harm is it to make space on some server somewhere to keep the fun alive and content available!] Sadly, the Auction House, Car Gifting, and other Upload/Sharing options are NOT available. I have found others still running games from their own consoles, and if your on xbl and have other Forza titles, look me up at "WIlls944" I'm in and out of all the titles and always looking to race! This is truly a game to have AND enjoy. If you do not like the jerky odd physics of say the "NFS" [Need for Speed] games and those of that type, Forza is for You

Handling and Narrow Tracks Sink This
Get this game for all the other stuff besides racing. With so much extras, I feel I got a crash course in automobile engineering. I could talk cars with fellas now, thanks Forza! That alone is worth the price. When it comes to playing? Not the glory treated to in og Forza on og Xbox. Lost interest in actually playing this game 20-25 minutes into it. It has some worth, but I bought the 360 for playing games; very more so than being educated on a topic (even though in this case it feels a little serendipitous)

Good
I like this game. But it doesn't compare to FORZA 3. One thing I don't like about this game is how inacurate the difficulty is. When one plays in the easiest difficulty possible, the computer-controlled cars seem to be in hard difficulty. Also, I didn't like the fact that one has to get 100% completion in all regions (North America, Europe, Asia) in order to unlock all cars. I 100% North America and it took me a long time but there's no way I'm going for the other regions. Way to ruin the game!

Forza for the Next Generation...just as you'd expect!
I will keep this short because it will say pretty much what the rest do...great graphics, deep gameplay, and wonderful number of cars (although I could personally do with a few less of the "reward" cars you earn). If you played Forza on the original X Box, this game will seem VERY familiar. In fact, most of the tracks are the same. There are quite a few more cars this time around, and the variety DOES ensure there's one or two in there for everyone. Overall...if you are a car nut, DEFINITELY pick this game up. If you are just looking for a racer...I'd still say the Need for Speed series is your best bet (I received "Most Wanted" free when I bought my 360, and I'd honestly say it's still more fun to play) With that said...there are MANY more things to love than to hate in Forza...you can't go wrong!
