It's only a bad copy in black and white
This book has a great cover. Inside, you may see it is only a photostatic copy in black & white. Too expensive to be a bad copy not even in color.

good book for perfecting your Royal icing skills.Some designs a bit old fashioned (to be expected, printed 1987) but the concept is there, you can update them.lists runout collars, runout designs, linework & piping. lots of Royal icing techniques ,how to make up icing, also some marzipan work, flowers, fruits etc.book more suited for intermediate use, although some basic stuff is included.overall, good book for designs, which is why I bought it.

Excellent Royal icing book
An excellent and helpful book on the topic of Royal Icing techniques. Along with it's companion, Audrey Holding's first book "The Art of Royal Icing", these make for a very handy 2-volume reference guide.
