I really like this tea. I've researched a lot to find something that is safe for nursing and sourced from a unpolluted region. I feel very energized and balanced and my stomach feels better after drinking it. I'm tired of boring tea drinks but there isn't much out there that doesn't have caffeine or herbs that are unsafe during nursing such as fennel or hibiscus. I also like that the bags can be brewed about three times before the flavor weakens so I think it's a very good value.

It tastes really good and is a great, healthy way to start my morning (even without the caffeine). I bought Hot Mama tea for my wife. She is a tea-fiend and usually drinks tea to stay warm in the office. I tried it with her the first time and really loved the flavor. It has a hint of mint, and it's refreshing but not too minty either. Now, I'm battling her for the last cup!

First, shipping was super fast. The pack comes with 20 tea bags but each bag can be used more than once. As a pregnant mama, bloating is a real thing. I find this tea helps alleviate my bloating. It tastes great and really helps get that pep in my step for the day, naturally without caffeine. Highly recommend.

I have really enjoyed drinking this tea in the mornings! The flavor is great and so far it’s been a great substitute for coffee. I do feel that I get a bit of a boost from this even though there is not caffeine—and there’s no crash afterward. Definitely recommend.

Great tea! Works great in the morning as a warm tea. If I don't get to drink it hot because my day and kiddos get me sidetracked, it's great with some ice too. One bag can be used 3 times which extends the value per bag. Great way to get the fluids I need everyday as a new mama.
