Helps in preventing snoring
I got this product for my dad for his snoring and breathing issues. He was initially hesitant about using it but now he has been using it and these dialators have helped him with his sleeping issues. So its effective and useful product.

Absolute waste of money
This product does nothing except for stretch your nostrils and cause a great deal of pain. I wore it for an entire painful week and it made no difference to my snoring. After a week of torture on the last night of use I found blood on the device in the morning. This is when I threw this cheap peace of plastic garbage where it belonged, in the trash!

Don't but, not at all worth
Absolutely overpriced and the product is of no use... Infact it is easy to breathe without it rather than wearing it... And it also comes out of nose while sleeping in night... Please don't buy it..!

Good And Useful
Bought this for a friend who suffers from breathing and snoring issues. Any slight discomfort in the air is bad for her. She is really liking the product and finds it much easier to breathe and sleep calmly.

Good product, does its job if you can keep it in place with a tape.
Good product and does its job. Not suitable for my nose due to deviated septum. Another problem is...falls offduring sleeping. Maybe its my nose to blame but at this price average product.
