Good nib holders!
Perfect thickness for a regular pen drawing grip. The surface of the holders is smooth but not slippery. Never left my fingers tired or bruised after long periods of drawing. Although, I do have the usual artists' middle finger pen/brush callous. So, if that's a concern, try one of the cushioned holders. Or just wrap some canvas tape on it. I personally find the cushioned Tachikawas too thick.The steel ferrules are good. Standard for regular type (not mapping or Maru) nibs. On some holders they may slip after some time. Wrap the base of the nib with some tape and it's good.This is also, probably the only seller and brand of good wooden nib holders available on Amazon, that are economical.

Affordable straight nib holder
Very light in the hand. Pretty gold enamel painted on in streaks. Works as it should.

Good handle for calligraphy nib. It's some loose but you can adjust the nib with a tool. grips is good.

IT IS NOT MARBLE AT ALL.ITS MADE OF SOME LIGHT MATERIAL LIKE PLASTIC OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT.ITS VERY FRAGILE.but looks good
