Got this for our little terrier mix who insists on barking at the neighbors. I had a little trouble at first setting it up because I didn't realize you have to actually press the button on the collar to turn it on before anything works, duh. Our dog ignores the beeper, but the vibration mode really gets her attention. She immediately runs to find me...it's like a little recall system. We live on several acres so that's just awesome. Have never used the shock mode, never needed it. Good product, good price.

Only lasted a few months then stopped working but did great for the time used and helped alot

Love this and my dog loves it he is off leash ready and loves training I found his level and was shocked to see he responded at a lv 1 and for you folks who are afraid to use this on your dog before I put it on him I found my lv on my own body at a lv 5 is when I could just maybe feel it I trained my dog on a 1-2 lv and I he chose not to respond very rarely he would be distracted I would use lv 3 and it would snap out of it and come to me. Great buy worth ever penny

I received this collar, charged it up, and paired it according to the directions it came with. The collar worked for exactly ten minutes before it stopped responding. Now, I can’t even turn it on. The LED light turns green when I plug it back in (indicating that it is charged) but nothing happens when I try to power it up. The remote charged and turns on perfectly. But what good is eh remote without the receiver?I also want to note that the instructions for how to use and test your receiver are horrible. The pictures do not look anything like the product I received and many times the directions refer to specific things that aren’t labeled. It seems like they used an old instruction manual with a new product and didn’t even try to update the instructions.This is getting return right away. What a waste of time.

Product worked ok, but remote stopped working and we had to purchase a new complete system.

While my dog responds to it, the remote is not reliable enough. I do not like the "sleep" feature on the remote after 2.5 minutes. Also, it will spontaneously change channels from 1 to 2 so the collar does not respond until you switch it back. If you are trying to have an immediate correction and you have to fumble with the remote it loses its effectiveness. Returning to purchase a different model.

Love this. Easy instruction and works perfectly. You can adjust the shock, so it’s not so intense. My dog started listening after 1 training session.

Works ok, vibration had to be set high for our large English Mastiff. Shock works better at lower setting. The battery could be made to last longer (we charge it every 2 days). The fit is good the collar is made of good materials & the controls are easy to understand.
