Max Jeans Women's Denim Anorak Jacket

I searched for a similar jacket online because I had bought this exact jacket in an olive color at a local TJMaxx for $49.99. I thought the TJ MAXX one was quite pricey, but I loved it, so I bought it in case I couldn't find a less expensive one that I liked just as much. I was shocked to find this denim one for such an amazing price! Well, I decided to splurge and keep both colors. My olive one is a large, this denim was only available in xlrg. I do not like snug fitting clothes. The large is slightly more flattering on, but I love the style, weight and features of this jacket so much that I didn't want to return either! The draping and fluidity of the fabric (Tencil) feels so great on! I will say, however, that Tencil does not give much at all, so do not error on short sizing yourself.

I was taking a chance with this because I was hoping it was the Max Jeans tencel denim jacket...and it was!! I have the green tencel anorak same style as well. Very flowy, almost like a very heavy rayon, flattering with the waist drawstring and leggings. Sold elsewhere on ebay and on amazon for around $80 or more. The list price is $120. I am a size small. The medium is a bit loose but with the drawsting still flattering.

This is so cute and a step up from your ordinary boring jean jacket! I have always thought someone should make a jean/denim cascading cardigan or something more flowing and more functional than a stiff denim jacket. Well sahalie made a cardigan like that but it has, at least what I read from reviews, heavy zippers and thingies on the sleeves..so I was bummed ..however looking on Amazon I found this! Is is a jacket yes, but is not as thick as your typical denim. VERY STYLISH! the xl fit perfect and I am a 38 DDD.

I really loved the style of the jacket. Excellent quality. Well made. However, it was much to small. I wear size 10-12, ordered a large. I probably would have fit a person who wears a size 6.What does disturb me is that to return it, which I shall do, the cost of UPS shipping which they insist on, comes out of my refund. Not good.

I'm writing this review because I struggled with trying to figure out what I was actually ordering when I placed this order. I really wanted to know what the material content was -- the description said 'denim' and one reviewer said it was a blend of cotton and linen. The jacket I received is 100% tencel, in a nice medium/dark denim color. ... which is what I was hoping for so I'm very happy with the jacket. Like others, I think it runs small. My tag said it retails for $120, although another reviewer said her tag read $110. I wonder if 2 different jackets are being sold under the same listing. Anyway, I got it for a fantastic sale price and I'm sure I'll enjoy wearing it. I'm crazy about denim jackets and like that this one has a nice, soft drape.

Seller is selling a wonderful coat that is true to American sizes. I'm 5'8 at 160ish and the large fits well with (and this is crucial to me) sleeves long enough to cover wrist for my tall frame.

I love this jacket. It's a bit large for a petite girl.. 5'2" and 92lbs but the draw strings make it easy to fit to size. Jacket comes just a few inches below my tailbone. Looks adorable. I get compliments on it.

I get many compliments on this jacket. It fits me perfect. I am 5 ft tall and bought a small. the bottom reaches to the hip area. Exactly where I'd hoped it would go!
