Ideal for allergies. This product was recommended to me by a friend to try to help alleviate allergy symptoms. I take it daily now and do feel it has improved my symptoms during allergy season.

We have been using D-Hist for years. The blister pack is a good way to see if it works for you. Call the company for the proper way to use a "loading dose."

I am histamine intolerant and this supplement seems to help my system deal with histamine in foods I eat. I'm glad that this product comes in this small dosage size- it gave me a chance to test drive the product to see if it would help me. I would recommend this way for others with HI to see if they can be helped!
