Got a damaged product. The wire was broken when delivered.

Fake products, not original. Don't buy
I had ordered the adaptor with power cord which stopped working within a week and I placed for a return and had received a new one . The new new one got damaged within a month. The plug of the power cord is damaged from within. Have shared the photo. Now I cannot even return. I'm upset with Amazon for partnering with these type of companies which sell fake items.
