It came right on time and the driver was nice to ask where it was wanted. It only took about a day to set it up and once it was up and running everything worked perfectly! It doesn’t make any loud fan noises and it is easy to navigate through the needed temperature. Very durable and spacious.

DUKERS is refusing to honor the warranty because they claim the dealer I bought it from negotiated a separate contract. What??? You cannot void your warranty because you are making back office deals with fraudulent retailers. Purchased for a nonprofit for rescue food to feed the unhoused. We’ve lost $500+ in food and supplies.

Cooler arrived on time and in the condition we expected. Delivery driver was friendly and very helpful. We are very impressed with the shelving system in this unit it is secure and stable...no little metal clips to adjust only to have the whole shelf fall down! We have no negative comments.

Awesome product! Does its job and does it very well. Delivered in the time frame in which it was stated and was in excellent condition when unloaded from the semi-truck. Would highly recommend using this company.
