My kids love it. Help them with their English lessons.

When I was searching for a dictionary for my kids I was seriously struggling with all the editions and all the various options available. Thankfully my youngest happened to mention that they used this one in school, so that stopped all my searching and I was able to order one of these.Since it had arrived it has been great use. My kids have daily vocabulary words they need to learn the meanings of, and this gives nice easy to understand meanings for them.

Great dictionary for kids. I bought it for my 9yr old son. He likes it and finds it easy to use (well, easy enough - he is just learning how to use a dictionary after all!). The alphabet is written on each page which is great to help in deciding if you need to go forwards or backwards in the book to find your word. Obviously it doesn't have ALL the words in the English language, but a child this age would only find that offputting, so this is a very manageable dictionary.

Good product

I got it for my 6yo son for Christmas to introduce him to using dictionary. Every time he hears the word he does not understand he's checking it in his dictionary.The book is really well made and the description of the words is appropriate for primary school age children.

This is a great dictionary, very solid and well made, looks more expensive than it was. I’m sure it will take a battering from use by children but looks like it’s worthy of the job. The indexing is very simple and clear plus there’s some great footnotes to help direct children to the right place.

It is a dickshunary!

It was for my granddaughter, the Oxford dictionary was to complicated.
