We recently got a new ping pong table and of course, we needed the paddles and balls to go with it. After looking at a wide variety of paddles at a range of prices, we decided on this Upstreet set -- 4 paddles and 8 white 3-star balls in a nice box (could make a good gift).For $25, this a a great buy. The paddles are high end. Each side is covered with smooth (but "sticky") rubber, with rubber edging as well. We've been using these nearly every day for a few months, and the rubber has remained entirely glued down. The handles and other wood elements are good quality, well put together. The rubber gives you a true and responsive bounce, with the ability to spin and control the ball.We haven't used them before but we decided to get a box of yellow "practice balls" as well. Turn out, they are a little slower and less bouncy than the white balls. We guess this helps you work on your moves at a slower speed -- until you switch to a fast white ball for games. For about $300, it's a good deal. It does take an hour or more for a couple of people to put it together -- and when it's time to flip it up on its legs, you could really use 3 people so you don't bend or damage the legs, although we got by with two. Ordered the blue set of the paddles. This is ZERO BLUE on these. Do not order these thinking you will get a blue color paddle. I even had Amazon exchange the set for a second to see if it was an error, it wasn't. They are all black/red with wood handles with a blackish inlay in the wood.

Paddles are really good for the money. However, after just a couple of hours of play, one of the handles just fell apart. Luckily I'm pretty handy and have the stuff to glue the handle back together. The rubber on the paddle face is not cut perfectly so if you're not careful it could peel off. I just trimmed the edges as a precaution. Overall I think these paddles are a great value for the money.

Already put through an extensive workout. My son (13 y.o.) and I played a lot of rounds. He dropped it, smack table and/or hit wall and the paddle held up well. As promised. Great product for the price.

I bought MD Sports Official Size Table Tennis Table for my family. All we are beginner for ping pong and bought it for fun activity. Paddle and balls were come with the table. I bought Upstreet Ping Pong Paddle Set at the same time because we need 4 paddles, and found out the huge difference of quality. Paddle and ball come with the table was junk, and Upstreet sets are great! If I didn't buy this sets, maybe I don't realized the quality because non of us never think about the difference of the quality of paddle and ball. Ball looks same but there is a big difference.I highly recommend this sets for beginner. I don't know what is the quality of higher price paddle, but we are enjoying pingpong with this sets every night.

These are quality paddles. Certainly not the typical cheap and flimsy paddles you normally see at rec centers a peoples basements. The two layers of rubber backing enables you to put a good spin on the balls. Speaking of which, we haven't lost any balls yet to breakage, so I think that suggests they're high quality, too.

Product came in a nicely packaged box. Paddles were in new condition with the rubber protected with a plastic covering. There was a slight smell but it was mostly due to the new rubber. Overall feel of the paddle during play is comfortable and it has good control for speed and spin. Price is appropriate for the quality but time will tell if paddle is durable. Balls are of decent quality too.

I bought this initially as a present for my dad. I bought a second set for my own house after he confirmed it was quality and durable. The paddles have a good feel, secure grips, and so far quality construction. Only one of the balls came dented but they provide plenty. Can't wait to use this set for a long time!

As you can see you get 4 paddles, and a good amount of balls.The packaging I thought was very good, as you get to see exactly what you get and what it is.Let’s start with the balls, they are just your standard quality ping pong balls (to me any way) with the branding.Now to the paddles, this is where I was very impressed! Firstly I will start by saying I don’t really play this game very often, I have done in the past so thats what I am comparing it to.The quality was very good, the textures etc really good and the branding was perfect not too big and not too small. The rubber on the paddle felt very good quality, and gave a good bounce when the ball hit it.After an hour, maybe two hours of playing this I had a great time.This is a great product to amuse anyone, family, friends etc its also a very healthy option to spend your time playing indoors or outside.You could play this indoors, outdoors, take on holiday, camping etc and great fun for all the family.

Bought these for general use in work. Most players here have their own bats, but we needed something for casual players and visitors. The best player in the office said he was impressed with them, so they do the job. They have a bit of grip for spin, and they feel good in the hand. Haven't used the balls that came with them yet (we use Sitga Cups, and have loads of them), but we'll keep them for backup.

This is a decent set of bats and balls for beginners, really good quality for the price. I bought these because my work bought a ping pong table and the supplied bats were awful - these Upstreet ones have been great. I'm no expert but the bats seem to be well made with a good amount of padding. All the bats have been used every day for the last 10 months or so and have held up well. A little bit of the rubber has come away from the edge on a couple of them, but nothing that a bit of superglue couldn't solve. All in all, I'd say these have been excellent value and I'd definitely recommend them.

The bats are very good.I was expecting 10x balls as shown in the photo/advert.However only 2x balls came with the bats.Although good quality.

Decent table tennis racquets, but the glue holding the rubber to the paddle isn’t that great and comes unstuck quite quickly
