Voltas 1 Ton 4 Star Inverter Split AC (Copper 124V SZS White)

I am really very happy with this ac,Model is very nice looking, high air flow rate approx 500cfm. Cooling is very fast even in normal mode also faster cooling in turbo mode.Noise level also less, in turbo mod air flow sound you can hear due to high air flow rate which is normal for ac.Delivery was fast within two days, and the Installation was also very good, they came next day after delivery.Overall i am totally satisfied.

AC reached as scheduled and in well packed condition. The courier was following me for delivery. All necessary items including the fixing screws are provided. The foam insulation on the refrigerant pipes may be just sufficient. You may need to augment it may be after an year or so. Voltas' service provider was promptly following me for installation for a charge of Rs.1500+GST. But as I was wary about the horrible service of Voltas from various reviews, I preferred my own installation. Being an engineer, it was easy for me to get it installed in a perfect with my own people. AC is working well and there is slight noise in turbo mode. Otherwise it is perfectly okay. I am yet to use fully, being the season is good. Have to see after using continuously. Considering the brand value of Voltas, it should be okay. Overall, a better deal.Additional Comment: After using few months, I found the AC is perfectly alright. Highly recommended.

We did the implementation on this AC on 2018 around April. till date we were not able to use it whenever we on the AC we see no difference between a Normal fan and AC. finally we then we thought it may be voltage problem in our apartment and finally we called VOltas technician to fix it. he came 2 months back as on 28th March April. and said the previous installation is not proper and the GAS pipe had a leakage and took 2000 RS for refilling the GAS. but the issue remained the SAME. since we are relocating the House thought of unistalling the AC and taking it to our New house. the VOltas Technician told that they need 8000 RS to make this work since the previous installation from VOltas has broken the copper pipe there is a leakage and many more complints totally dissatisfied with the service.

The product is, as usual, has good built quality from voltas. But the voltas service is very poor I ordered the ac on 13 June 2018 and I am still waiting for the technician for the installation. They keep postponing the next day giving excuses. It's a very poor customer service from voltas side.Going down the most of the critical reviews I find people complaining of the service rather than the product. I hope Voltas do something about this matter ASAP. 5 star for the product 2 star for the service.

I have this for two members room and it is cool even in 26. Yeah service technicians would try to suck money during installations but it is one time thing and you would lose around 500 Rs, the free services from voltas don't mean much as they would come and just clean the filters, but the product would stand without any issues, that is all we want..I am buying another voltas now..satisfied...price was higher when I bought it when I compare the prices now for the same range...but it is just luck

The AC is decent and cools quickly...but the fitting person from Voltas was pretty bad.. he drilled my house wall pretty badly .. he did not see or realize that it was a beam and kept on drilling...this in turn made 7/8 holes with no use.. .. 3 stars for AC missing 2 stars for bad installation...

Product is really good. very good cooling effect but why MRP is unnecessarily hyped? It is having an MRP of Rs. 48000/ - It is just 1 ton. It is not even having advanced features like horizontal swing...... Similar Onida AC (with same features including 100% copper coil) is priced at an MRP of 37000 and sold in the market for 29000 with free installation. I was charged Rs.1850 additionally for installation. So my total cost is more than 35K. Onida is an equally good AC too but cheaper by Rs. 6000/- (even in open market - NOT in Amazon).

I like the technicians fitting the Ac what ever the copper pie was provided by the company he has fixed in that only with Quality And performance of this Ac is nice and cool instantly with low electricity bill
