Cheaper at Walmart.
One of the few supplements that actually work for me. All natural so that’s a plus. However I can get it for considerably cheap at Walmart. Same exact produce.

Had little to no effect...
Everyone’s body chemistry is different so that is a factor in ordering this brand. It had no effect for sleep or calming purposes for me. If anything, it had a tendency to make me irritable. Disposed of them in short order. Purchase at your own risk.

more DEEP sleep
Product -This is the second or third time I have purchased this product. I find these work very well for me. They do not assist me to fall asleep, but I definitely see an increase in quality of sleep. My sleep monitor typically shows 30+ mins more of deep sleep during the nights I take these. On the days I take these it can be a little difficult to wake up and clear the system, but after I walk the dogs I feel great the rest of the day, far better than the nights I don't take them. I get the initial grogginess with any melatonin supplement I have taken, so it is is not unique to this product. When fully awake, the rest of the day is golden.A worthy investment in my sleep and health.

Loose Powder & No Sleep!!
Bottle arrived with powder all over the inside, yet no empty capsules. After I spent 3x as much money as it is at Walmart (was out of stock) just to try to get some sleep, I wiped off a full capsule (although they all appeared full), 2 days in a row and felt absolutely nothing. It's very strange because I usually use a product with 5mg of Melatonin and it at least helps me fall asleep for a few hours. But, this product says it has twice that amount (10mg of Melatonin) and it didn't make me tired at all.I am disappointed in both how the product arrived caked with powder and how it didn't work. I will be returning.

Surprising.
Most sleep aids have at least one negative side effect. Not this one. It works. No after effect. Not groggy the next day. Cost effective too. Highly recommended.

Great natural sleep. MUCH MORE than Melatonin ONLY
Almost EVERYONE in my family takes these we order 3-5 bottles at a time! My 15 year old, myself (along with my insomnia medicine) and my mom (with her insomnia medicine and oxygen).
