I was really excited to try this product, however there are a couple things that let me down.1.- Rear camera image quality is not as good as front camera.2.-Camera settings allow you to switch views from front to back and other joined views, however being that this product is a rear view mirror, you should be able to have the rear image in a gig screen while the front camera should be the small image in the corner, this product wont allow you to do that. you can only have front camera in large view with a small image in the corner for the rear view.3.- The glue used on the double sided tape that keeps the rear camera in place wont stick to plastic trim of car and peeled off from tape and stayed in the glass.4.- even if you program your settings, when you turn off the car and turn it back on some settings are gone and you have to start all over .

this is my 6th rear view mounted dash cam (i believe), and its the best performing unit. The previous units performs just as well, but lacks the technology this came with, and at an affordable price for the features that comes with it. Videos are clear and crisp, covers a very wide area (looks wider than advertise, as well). the rear view/ back-up camera keeps track of the rear end just as clear as the front end. The only feature I wished this has is a 'on' light indicator, could be as subtle as a small red/ blue/ amber colored LED light that can assure me that the unit is on, other than that, it works perfectly. Highly recommend this unit.

Comes with an SD card which makes this a good value. The mirror vibrates/shakes while going down the road despite being securely attached. The motion isn’t horrible but is enough to be annoying. While the mirror coating helps with nighttime driving, it doesn’t dim the brightness of headlights coming up behind you nearly as well as a regular mirror with auto dim does. The display screen is very bright which is great during the day but is very annoying during night driving. The on/off chimes really need a volume control because they’re loud. The settings can be a little confusing, using terms like “on open” and “on close” etc with nothing in the instructions indicating what constitutes “open” or “close.” It’s easy to install but I haven’t seen a “mirror” dash cam that was difficult to install. If you can use a rubber band, you can install any mirror dash cam.

I had it professionally installed in October and it worked for a few months. The back-up camera stopped working a month or two ago and of course, I am outside of any return or exchange policy. Can't say that I would recommend this product if you paid me. If the seller will refund me my money, maybe I'd recommend it. Troubleshooting, instructions are non-existent. If someone can help, that would be great.

It works like a charm very easy to install. at the beginning I experience some issue with the display, the brightness would go down to the point I couldn't see the image but after a couple hours I work just fine.Never had any problem after that have it for a couple of weeks already.

Love it, makes you and other drivers respectful of the laws and rules of the road. You do always have those few that need to be recorded as they have no common sense. The main reason for my purchase is people are texting and driving all the time, very unsafe of the younger and now generation. I had to find a way to protect myself from them as best as possible as I'm an Uber Driver.

The mirror dash that I bought was great and awesome, I’ve been using it since it came. A bunch of people said it is bad but I want to prove that it’s a good productI seen comments where people say that the instructions doesn’t help and is useless, but the instructions just says the basic steps and it only took few minutes for me to install it on the mirror. thank you so much anyway:)

Really like the DVR until it stopped working after 1 day. Went totally dead. OK It happens. Exchange it for another one..This one is quirky , does different things. The rear view works, then it doesn't. Touch screen won't set date tried it later then it worked, etc Really like it so I am willing to give it one more try Then I GIVE UP!!!!!!
