This is what happend when I kept this Revlon nailpaint for 5 mins it did not dry at all and when I checked that it is dry or not it was not at all dry it's a big wastage of money

Shiny finish...
I have tried this along other brands transparent nail color.this is the best one.it is not long lasting as it claims(it lasted for me only for 3 days and started chipping),but it gives more shine than other top coat.
