Great - if you know how to "adjust" it
This is a very simple product - recommended to me by my physio for stretching my calf muscles. The idea is you start shallow and move up to a steeper and steeper angle. The problem is the steps are too extreme - making it almost unusable. The answer is really simple - just use a book or magazines under one side (the heel side) to adjust the angle to one that works for you. I'm using magazines and over time remove one at a time. Product has proved to be sturdy enough for this approach - over a period of months.

Fantastic and stretches your calf are warm ups before and after jogging.
For the price I would not complain as it does the job. It was not as sturdy as I had hoped. The black foam strip you can see is totally useless and not firm. I had to remove it. Can the manufacturer remove it please. But I would still buy this again as its not bad. Can't get it for this price anywhere and free delivery.Fantastic and stretches your calf after warm ups, before and after jogging. My friend had a Achilles tendon rupture because he ran without stretching his calf tendon muscles and he was not able run again.

Need to speak chinese!
Product sturdy enough but not one word of English on entire leaflet to explain exercises. The angle was too steep even at low level so hubby had to remove bar and rig up alternative positions.Once bar was removed couldn't get it back on. I have plantar fictilitis so must look else where for instructions for use.A book balanced on a piece of wood would have been better.
