Purchased this tap to replace older one it arrive on schedule at a good price and looks good once installed. The installation was easy and only took around 10 minute to remove old and fit new MICOE tap. Unfortunately when I opened the box I notice that one of the tap hose connections was kinked I still started to change and when ready to try there was no hot water from the tap and on inspection the kink was bad enough to stop the flow of water. To get over this I placed a splint over the kink to try and straighten out which resulted in water flow but still not a very good flow.You are also instructed to remove the filter by unscrewing it and run the tap for 5 minutes then replace, I found this difficult and as yet still haven’t been able to unscrew but as this isn’t a new installation but a replacement I don’t think this was a big issue but maybe in the future.On the back of the instruction manual MICOE ask to contact them to resolve any problem which I did I was hoping for a reply prior to my Amazon comment but as yet I have had no response.It make me wonder why companies ask for your comments good or bad and when they don’t have the decency to reply.

Really pleased with this tap, our old one was 25 years old so needed replacing.Didn't know the manufacturer name but took a gamble and pleased I did. Obviously I can't say about the longevity of the tap but it's aesthetically pleasing, has smooth operation and looks like a more expensive tap than it is.The plumber didn't have any problems fitting it and it came with all relevant fittings.

Not actually fitted it yet but tried removing the filter/spray nozzle as stated in the instructions and cannot move it with grips. Just putting marks on the brushed stainless steel, not impressed so far.

My old mixer sprung a leak and the new one came the next day and within a couple of hours, struggling under my sink it was in...no leaks no mess, and it looks very smart and modern too. Also it produces very little splash and splutter even when fully on, unlike my old one which soaked everything around

Excellent quality tap. Very sturdy and the brushed finish goes well with my new satin finish sink. Highly recommend for the price. Also came with euro adaptors which was very handy ! Fitted with no issues in about 30 mins.Update - nearly 4 years on, the tap is still working great. Has not leaked once. Finish is still great with no rust or corrosion anywhere.

Not fitted it yet but it definitely looks the part stainless steel construction means no harmful copper residue looks like it cost more than it did very good if it works as good as it looks it will be ok

Bought this and I am so pleased. Its is a great bit of kit. The only thing that buyers need to know is that it has euro size hoses. Not a problem though as it cost pennies to put a brass connector on. Highly recommend it.
