capdase,universal Mini Car Mount Holder for iPhone4S, 4, 3GS, 3G, BlackBerry Torch, HTC EVO, DROID, Samsung EPIC, Galaxy S II, Galaxy Note on Windshield & Dashboard

I’ve used Capdase car mounts since 2014 and this is the worst one I have ever got. The suction is good, but the holder itself can’t take the weight of iPhone 13 Pro and keeps falling down. So even a small bump or hard breaking, the phone is facing towards the ground. Very bad product. I think I will have to stick some blue tack to it to keep it in place.

First time I received a faulty piece, in which the little support thing that comes out at the bottom to hold the phone in place, was loose. So I ordered a replacement.Even the replacement is faulty, the extender arms to grip the phone, when pushed inside totally, doesn't release (on its own) when the release switch is pressed. I have to manually push it a little and only then it works properly.However, I have run out of patience and hope it doesn't get spoilt too soon.One more grave thing to note is that BOTH times, the manufacturer's packaging box was damaged and open.Don't know what kind of sellers Amazon is onboarding nowadays!

I am very happy with this product. It is expensive, but still it is worth the price. I have an iphone 5s to mount on my car. So I was looking for a product which will be of good quality and will not drop my phone. After a lot of research, i bought this one and I am happy that I made a perfect choice.

Very poor product, not working properly

Rotating ball at the back of mobile holder doesn't take the load of phone. It's waste of money.
