The media could not be loaded. These days I'm choosing self helps over any other fiction books. This particular one was on my tbr since long. The book offers practical guidance to remain free of unnecessary worrying and to live a life to peace and happiness. I loved the cover image. Only thing that bothered me is the font size and spacing. The paper quality could've been better.
