My Life at IBM

Harvey's book
Omar combines his excellent memory along with his dry and wry wit to bring his IBM career memories to life. For those of us who were a part of his "Life at IBM" the book provides a wellspring of memories and lessons learned in one of the greatest corporations the world has ever seem. Omar's no nonsense management style and his unswerving sense of right and wrong provided a firm foundation for those of us trained and nurtured by him. Much like IBM in its heyday (the 50s-80s) there aren't many like him in business today.

He had quite a career in the good old days at IBM
He had quite a career in the good old days at IBM. I was surprised to learn something about a fellow employee that I never knew, even though I worked beside her for several years. The book helped recall names and times that I had forgotten. I think all IBMers, both current and former, will enjoy this book.

Interesting history of a part of IBM
Very interesting,,,,Was an excellent recap of one person's expedience in IBM. Many Texas IBM employees will find it a good historical IBM view of the 60's and 70's.
